  • Timing progesterone intake to coincide with bedtime to use drowsiness to your advantage.
  • Dietary adjustments to help manage gastrointestinal symptoms.

Severe Cases and Specialist Consultation

Other providers have actually increased progesterone dosage, believing intolerance is a matter of inadequate progesterone.
